VIVEK MOHAN SHARMA

An accomplished media and entertainment industry professional, Vivek brings with himself almost two decades of rich experience across revenue, marketing and content, leading large-sized multi-functional teams across media, telecom, and banking industries.
Vivek has a keen interest in curating content and has been the catalyst behind establishing the dedicated network branded content vertical in Viacom18, stitching together a strong ecosystem of revenue and creative skillsets. Prior to joining Viacom18, Vivek headed the Digital Content business for Entertainment Network India Ltd (ENIL) and worked towards transforming the organisation to a dominant digital content and solutions brand. In the past, he has also worked with Idea Cellular as Head of Infotainment Content services.
An alumnus of T.A.Pai Management Institute, Manipal with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Hons) from Delhi University, Vivek is a firm believer in ‘Where there is a will, there is a way’ and is always on the search for insights that will change the way content marketing works. Vivek feels his real strength is the people he works with and always believes in hustling with a purpose.
When not crafting solutions for brands, Vivek loves to travel and is an ardent music lover. Along with being a trained singer, he loves to strum a few chords on his guitar time and again.

She has been a Core Founding Member of some of the most ground breaking companies like ALT Balaji, Applause Entertainment and IN10 Media Network with experience across Television, Digital and Production.

RAHUL MAHAJAN

Mr. Rahul Mahajan is one of those few journalists who started his career in TV journalism since
the inception of private news channels in the country. Although Rahul Mahajan has achieved the
echelon of success in TV journalism, still he finds satisfaction in conversing with aspiring young
journalists and enlightening them on true values of journalism.
Mr. Rahul Mahajan has been in the field of journalism for the last 23 years. During his tenure, he
has worked on every aspect of TV journalism be it reporting from the field or conceptualization
and execution of audio-visual programs to managing the commercial aspect of a TV station.
Having worked with the reputed Media Organisations like Jansatta and TV channels like Zee
News, Aaj Tak, Star News, News 24 and Doordarshan, he was entrusted with covering some very
important areas like Prime Minister’s office, Ruling Party, Parliament, Defence and Foreign
Affairs. As a reporter he specialised in covering the Prime Minister’s office, BJP, RSS, J&K (Anti- terror Operations) and Pakistan. He has been to Pakistan thrice and has covered various aspects of
India-Pakistan relationship. As an editor in various channels and news management person he
acquired the skill of managing news operations (Editorial and Technical) and leading a team of
newsmen and women.
He played a pivotal role in establishing Star news and News24. Rahul has served as Senior Editor
– Star News and Senior Executive Editor – News24. Rahul is known for launching news channels
from scratch and making them successful. The credit of starting news channels like News24, E24,
Darshan24, Bhaskar TV, and A1 TV goes to him. He has also contributed to the commercial and
editorial success of Doordarshan Channels while working with Prasar Bharti as Editorial Advisor.
At present, Mr. Mahajan is serving as Editor-In-Chief of the prestigious Rajya Sabha channel. His
term at Rajya Sabha TV was very successful in terms of attracting new viewers to its knowledge
based excellent programming with new experiments like Question Hour, Special Reports and Indepth analysis of the various National and International Issues. Rahul joined Prasar Bharati as its
Head of Content Operations in 2020 and has been involved in the revamping of its National
Channels for last two years.
Rahul Mahajan hails from Shimla in Himachal Pradesh and has done his post-graduation in
journalism from University of Himachal Pradesh.

LLOYD MATHIAS

Lloyd Mathias is an Business Strategist & Ind. Director. He invests, partners and collaborates with founders of early-stage companies in the areas of AI, EdTech, consumer internet, data analytics and digital technology
Lloyd is on the Boards of many companies as an Independent Director. He was the marketing head of HP’s APAC region. In previous corporate roles he was President & CMO of Tata Teleservices, Country Sales Director for Motorola, Executive VP Marketing and Category Director for PepsiCo India and South Asia.
Lloyd has been Chairman of MRUC the publishers of the Indian Readership Survey and Co-Chairman of the Device Strategy Council, Mobility Development Group, USA.
In 2007 he named among the worlds top 15 marketers, by Inter national list magazine – a list that celebrates international marketers behind outstanding cross border campaigns. In 2016 he was selected Asia Best Marketer.

KARTHIK NAGARAJAN

Karthik is the Head of Branded Content at GroupM and also the Chief Content Officer for Wavemaker
Prior to this, he set up the social media practice for GroupM India and also led the digital insights agenda.
Before joining GroupM, Karthik was the Country Head for Nielsen’s online division and also for NM Incite – the joint venture between Nielsen and McKinsey
Karthik is a visiting faculty in many prestigious B-schools across India and a board member at MMA Global and I-COM (The premier global forum for marketing data & measurement)

KAVITA SAGAR

Kavita Sagar has over 20 years of experience across Broadcast and Digital media, building brand partnerships and advertising sales. At IN10 Media Network, she is responsible for monetisation of advertising revenue across all broadcast brands. 
Having worked across companies such as Star India, Hotstar, NDTV & Adhikari Brothers, Kavita has been a core member to launch brands, build teams, worked on pricing & marketing strategy and worked collaboratively across departments and functions.

GIRISH HINGORANI

Girish Hingorani is the Senior General Manager and Head –Marketing & Ecommerce of Blue Star Limited. He has over 25 years of experience in the Company handling marketing, advertising, strategic brand management, corporate communications, digital marketing, product management and field marketing. Over the years, Girish has been a key player in formulating Blue Star’s brand strategy and has been responsible for enhancing its equity which is now recognised as a premium, modern and aspirational brand. The various TV commercials created by Girish and his team over the last two decades have been immensely popular enabling the brand to stand out in a cluttered market.
Girish has had several stints in Blue Star including being the Head of its Corporate Marketing & Communications function. He was also responsible for setting up the Water Purifier business in 2016 as its Chief Marketing Officer. In his current profile, Girish is responsible for Marketing of all consumer products viz Air Conditioners, Water Purifiers, Air Coolers and Air Purifiers including Product Management. He is also the business head of the unified Ecommerce team of Blue Star responsible for Ecommerce Sales and Marketing for all products.
