His love for Chocolate is evident from the brands he has managed while he loves to talk about everything in the space of consumer behavior, marketing, digital & actively participates on forums on Brand, Marketing and Tech

Tarandeep Singh Sekhon is the Chief Business Officer at BOUNCE Inc India – World Leaders in Freestyle Sports with 32 venues across 16 countries.

Tarandeep with over two decades of experience in entertainment drives sales, marketing, strategic development and business expansion for BOUNCE – country’s largest trampoline park combining elements of the world’s most exciting freestyle activities in a 40,000+ sq.ft. indoor arena. Prior to BOUNCE, he has been instrumental in driving footfalls and building the national footprint for brands such as KidZania, EsselWorld, Water Kingdom & Fame Cinemas.

He holds a MBA Degree in Retail Management and Marketing from The ITM Business School where he was rewarded with the Dean’s Award for Top honors in Academic Excellence. He also holds a PG Certification in Digital. Besides being passionate about his career and excelling on the professional front, Tarandeep is a passionate cricketer, ardent sports buff, motorcycling enthusiast and loves travelling.

Fazila Allana, is an industry veteran and completes 30 years in the entertainment industry this year. Fazila, along with Kamna started their own production house namely “Sol Production Pvt Ltd” in 2003, which has been running successfully for 21 years now. Sol, produces in 5 languages and across all genres of the content production market and across multiple platforms and mediums. Sol is known for their pioneering and well produced shows, a lot of which have gone on to win several awards both at the Indian level as well as at the Asian Level. Some of Sol’s more well known shows include The Great Indian Kapil Show, Abolie, Koffee with Karan (S1-6), Nach Baliye (S1-2), Udan Patolas, Social Currency, The Swayamvar Series, The Stage, IPL Hangout to name just a few of them.

Sudhir started his career in 1993 with News programming. He headed Live News from Moscow and then moved to Zee News, Delhi as a Senior News Correspondent and was an integral part of the Editorial team. He directed & scripted top current affairs shows Janta Ki Adalat & Awaaz for Star Plus. He also helmed the setting up of the News organisation Independent Media Pvt. Ltd., Delhi (now India TV )in 1997. In 1999 he founded Sunshine Productions and since then has spearheaded the creation of clutter-breaking content for TV and Web. He created landmark series such as Miley Jab Hum Tum – Star One, 12/24 Karol Bagh – Zee, Neerja and Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha – Colors, The Buddy Project – Channel V, Paanch – Channel V, Ziddi Dil Maane Na – on Colors, Sony SAB, Jamnapar and Yeh Meri Family on Amazon Mini, AdhaFull – BBC, Only For Singles – Web Series on MX Player, Salt City – Web Series Applause Sony Liv amongst others. Sudhir has also had the privilege of being on the Jury of the International EMMY Awards.Armed with a two-year acting & direction course under international theatre doyen, Ebrahim Alkazi, Sudhir has been a part of over a dozen major theatre productions in Delhi. When not creating content, Sudhir heads out to jungles, outdoors and streets armed with his DSLR camera. As a photographer, he has successfully exhibited his work at prestigious exhibitions.
