He is also known as political Cartoonist , he did several political cartoons for Mid Day , Maharashtra Times , Rediff and India Today . He also awarded for his political cartooning by the Cartoonist combine founded by Bal Thackrey .

Vikas Varma

A content (drama and music) and entertainment professional across multiple languages and platforms like TV and Radio, Vikas Varma, aka Dicky of Dickyspeak, has several stellar accomplishments across Advertising, Media & Entertainment. All of which are powered by a gift for and interest in unique, clutter-breaking content and using its power and design to drive any marketing requirement or entertainment business.

From his rich body of accomplished experience across over two decades in the Indian Media business, one spectacular stint and accomplishment has earned him all-round acclaim and respect as perhaps the best creative, programming and strategy professional in the space of music. With the strength of a single innovative channel definition which he creatively executed and converted into the immediately successful 9XM, Varma went ahead, and, in three short weeks after its launch in India in 2007, dethroned the then leading Music TV channel that had been unbeaten for six years.

In the process, he did away with the tedium of VJ yakkity-yak From Music channels, giving India and the world a new format of music TV channel that gripped viewers’ attention with a great blend of innovative and engaging content and the seamlessness of its presentation. Varma cut his teeth in the advertising space, in creative and strategic communications, having worked with agencies like Frank Simoes Advertising and Madison Advertising, before zeroing in to FM Radio when he took up the responsibility of heading national programming for Radio City. He headed Television production at Ronnie Screwvalla’s UTV where he launched several big ticket and popular music and drama shows. After moving on From 9XM in 2009, he launched 4 more music channels, each equally successful in its space, and is now working on his next important initiative in the Indian M&E space.

Ruchir Tiwari

Ruchir Tiwari post his Management education joined ZEEL in 2003 and today he is living his dream which is nothing short of a Bollywood blockbuster. He joined the organization as a Management Trainee – Marketing and then moved on to larger roles overseeing marketing, content, acquisitions and after 13 years of perseverance, in 2013, he took over the Zee Hindi Movies Cluster as the Business Head. While understanding consumer psyche and love of movies were his core strengths, he made a profession out of a hobby only by understanding the dynamics of the industry that pushed him to be the best in Business along with being the right person at the right place!

Anant Rangaswami

Mr Rangaswami was earlier the founding editor of Campaign India magazine. Anant has over 23 years’ experience in media and advertising, having worked with STAR TV, Sony’s SET and BCCL’s Times Television and Times FM. He then moved to advertising as Vice President at TBWA India. Anant is the author of two books, ‘Watching from the Sidelines’ and ‘The Elephants in the Room: The future of advertising in India 2016.

Megha Tata

With nearly 28 years of experience; she brings expertise in management of television network operations in the Media and Entertainment industry.

She worked as part of the leadership team at Star, Turner and HBO. She has had a consistent record of increasing business performances in the companies she has worked in.

She is currently the Chief Operating Officer of BTVI (Business Television India) India’s Premiere English Business News Channel.

Her efforts were validated when she was recognized as ‘Next 30’ most powerful women to look out in 2010; and was also adjudged as one of India’s hottest young executives of the media industry in 2009 by Business Today.

She is amongst the top 50 influential women in media, marketing and advertising in the country as judged by a leading industry magazine – IMPACT. She has also received Women Leadership award by World Women Leadership Congress in 2014. She was judged amongst India’s top 100 important people in the industry by Digital Studio a leading publication.

She was awarded the “Women of the Decade in Media” by the Women Economic Forum in 2018.

She was the Vice President of the International Advertising Association India Chapter ( 2016-2018) and is currently in its Mancom. and was a committee member for ASCI (Advertising Standards Council of India) 2013-2015. She has been part of Jury of leading Industry awards like International Emmys, Promax, Children’s Film Festival , Golden Mikes Awards , International Women in Sales Awards , Impacts 30 under 30 and many more.

Besides being involved in industry initiatives, she loves to interact with young minds and does that by giving guest lectures in leading Educational Institutes of the Country like IIT, IIM, ISB, UBS, Rims International, Jamnabai Narsee School , Wellingkar Institute of Management, KJ Somaiya etc.

Manage brands across consumer segments and formats from bottom of the pyramid to ultra HNIs within India and neighboring countries. Served All India Radio as Radio Jockey for 8 years on FM Rainbow channel in Mumbai as a hobby. Also enjoy travelling, photography, gardening, interior decorating, teaching.

He is a MBA in Marketing but also holds a Masters degree in Mass Communications. Amit is passionate about cinema & music and has been an influence of TV and web movement in the last decade as a Journalist . From Producing and directing a daily entertainment show to telling stories that holds audience has been Amit’ s forte as the entertainment editor of India ‘s most watched Hindi news channel Aajtak for last 4 years.

Atit Mehta

Marketing head at the world’s largest edu-tech company (Byju’s). Helped multiple start-ups for “Go to market” through his stint at Sequoia Capital. Prior experience involves leading media for Unilever – South Asia.

Neeraj Vyas

Currently with Sony Pictures Networks as a Senior Executive Vice President and Business Head of Sony MAX, Sony MAX2, Sony MAX HD , Sony WAH, Sony MIX (music channel), Sony SAB and Sony PAL. Have spent 20 years in the organization.
For the first 15 years was in a Sales role and was instrumental in setting up the business down South. Then moved to Delhi as Branch Head and later in 2006 came back to Mumbai as Head of Sales for Channel SET. Moved to a Business role in the year 2011 and was entrusted the responsibility of heading Channel Sony MAX and also launched the network’s first music channel – Sony MIX. Went on to launch Sony MAX2 in the year 2014 (a retro movie channel) and then Sony MAX HD and Sony WAH in the year 2015.
Sony MAX which is now the undisputed Hindi Movie Channel, offers a heady mix of blockbuster cinema. Over the years have worked on numerous IPL campaigns on Sony MAX which have all been immensely popular and established IPL as the most unique sporting / entertainment event in the country.
Sony WAH launched on 2015 is the leading hindi movie channel in the Free to Air (FTA) space.
Virtually relaunched Sony SAB in June 2017, wherein the channel was redesigned and repackaged with a bounty of new shows, which helped the channel gallop towards a broader zone of entertainment.
Neeraj Vyas is a graduate from Mumbai University with a diploma in marketing from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a diploma in Film & Video Production from Xavier’s Institute of Communication.
