ANU SIKKA

Entertaining and engaging the most demanding audience, children is no mean feat and Anu Sikka –
Head – Content, Kids Cluster, Viacom18 has perfected it. Focused at creating content that is
gripping, Anu’s objective is to set new stands of scale and animation in India. As content head for
the kids’ cluster at Viacom18, Anu holds the responsibility of driving the channels programming
strategy through curating a great content pipeline and creating a wide array of endearing characters
for children. The characters that she has brought to life like Motu Patlu, Shiva and the recently
launched Rudra have all emerged as category frontrunners. Her ahead of the curve programming
strategy has been a game changer and contributed to Nickelodeon’s journey to numero uno.

Anu has over 21 years of work experience in curating content across various media sectors. Prior to
Viacom18, Anu was with Hungama where she was the Creative Director, responsible for the
animation and non-fiction strategy of the channel. Preceding this, she was executive producer with
Sab TV for over two years leading the Delhi bureau. At SAB TV she set up the in-house production
team and was responsible for starting a daily current affairs band on the channel.

Kavitha Jaubin

Ms Kavitha Jaubin, heads Content Acquisition and Kids’ Entertainment Channels of India’s leading’s television network, Sun TV Network Limited. She has over 18 years of experience inthe media industry, of which significant number of years has been with television.

With an education background in Literature and Journalism, her interest was in writing and she began her career as a copywriter with Ogilvy & Mather, Chennai. Following this, she joined K.Balachandar, a veteran film director’s production house as an Assistant Director and worked on many successful fiction and non-fiction shows. Garnering vast experience in production, she joined ‘Star Vijay’, where she scripted, directed and launched a few signature shows that have set trend and have completed several successful season.

Ms Jaubin made a brief transition from television industry to radio and joined the radio wing of Reliance Media Group-Big FM, as the Programming head.Her passion for programming and visual narration, maneuvered her back to the television industry but this time it was kids’ entertainment, Sun TV Network, with Chutti TV (The Tamil wing of the Sun TV’s kids cluster) at its nascent stage. Later, she launched three other regional kids entertainment channels and seized the best international content for the channels and launched distinctive shows for the kids.She revels in native ingenuity and believes in working natively creating a global impact. She
yearns to instrument many more initiatives for the little audience and make their television viewing, a joy forever experience.

RAM KAMAL MUKHERJEE

With almost two decades of experience in the field of journalism, Ram Kamal Mukherjee holds two prestigious record to his repute. He became India’s youngest biographer after writing a Coffee table book on Hema Malini in 2005 at the age of 29. He has also bagged the prestigious Power Brand award as India’s first Power Brand Film Journalist in 2017.

Ram Kamal worked as Assistant Editor of Mumbai Mirror. He worked as Vice President with Pritish Nandy Communications for almost half a decade. During his tenure he worked on eight Hindi feature films. Later, he joined as Editor-in-chief with Stardust, under Magna Publishing. He also co-produced a finite series Bin Kuch Kahe for Zee TV in association with Rajshree Ojha under Artecom Entertainment.His first fiction novel Long Island Iced Tea got rave reviews from book connoisseurs.

Recently he released Hema Malini’s authorized biography Beyond The Dreamgirl published by HarperCollins India. Formally launched by Deepika Padukone, the book is travelling across the globe. With this book, Ram Kamal became India’s first and only author to have a foreword written by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Ram Kamal floated his own production house Assorted Motion Pictures and will soon announce his forthcoming protects for celluloid and digital platform.

He recently has produced and directed the short film ‘ The Cake Walk’ starring Esha Deol.

ROMIL RAMGARHIA

Romil Ramgarhia has been with BARC India since 2013 and been closely involved in setting up the largest TV audience measurement system in the world.

Romil, one of the youngest COOs in the broadcast sector, has been instrumental in the strategy, planning and rolling out of BARC India’s viewership measurement services. He has also been involved in strengthening the overall business strategy as well as developing innovative funding and pricing structure of BARC India.

JISHNU SEN

A strategic marketing and brand communications lifer, he has lived and worked in four Asian cities and New York, built brands and businesses across the Asia‐Pacific region. Over the years, he’s worked with diverse brands and categories.

Now, the Marketer is a retailer and heIps Future Retail craft its business and marketing strategy. Currently, he is designated as the Head of Marketing for Future Retail Ltd.
Content and its dispersion whether traditional or through convergence is his obsession and he has shaped many successful strategies in that field.

Uttam has over 18 years of experience in Media Industry. From content development and design to directing and producing several national and international award-winning shows and short films to heading IP development with Kids Network. An enterprising spirit, he has worked with leading Broadcasters, Advertising Agencies and Brands like Cartoon Network, The Walt Disney, POGO, Channel [v], MTV, Star TV, O&M, Leo Burnette. He is the creative vision behind the growth of Discovery Kids and Executive producer of India’s popular Kids series ‘Little Singham’.

NANDINI DIAS

Nandini Dias is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Lodestar UM and she leads one of most talented and capable teams in the country. She is also part of the global FCB Media board. Nandini has the distinction of having launched over 400 brands in media and has managed media investments for over 175 clients like Samsung, Johnson and Johnson, Accenture, Cadburys, Tata, Mahindra, Birla, Amul, Marico. She has set up various skilled practices like Brand Experiences, Content, Celebrity management etc. In addition, she has been part of the team identified to set up the creative agency FCB Interface Communications. Known for her strategic acumen she has developed several research based tools for better media investments. Touted as the Most Influential Woman in the advertising and media industry by the prestigious Economics Times, Nandini has probably won the maximum number of media awards in the country. She has lead Lodestar UM to the Media Agency of the Year title several times in the biggest Indian award shows like Goafest and AAAI. She has been a consistently been winning at all levels. She won the Media Planner of the year award in her early years and in the last two years (2016 and 2017) recognized as Agency CEO of the year. In between those awards she has also been recognised at Cannes and Spikes on more than one occasion, World Leadership Congress , Lady CEO of the year by Navabharat , Times Power Woman etc.  She is a long serving jury member at the Emvies, Effies, Goafest, Cannes, Spikes, Festival of media, Press Club of India, and many more. Nandini also ranks consistently among “Most influential media people”,” Woman Achievers” in all the prestigious industry rankings. In the last Economic Times Brand Equity Survey, she was the highest ranked woman in Advertising & Media in the country. Her position among the industry’s top women leaders has seen her being invited as a speaker on several industry platforms and in business schools in India and overseas. Besides being passionate about the media business Nandini is passionate about sports and doing philanthropic. She has won a number of awards in the sport of badminton. State Award for his role in the path breaking Gujarati film ‘Dariya Chhoru’ and ‘Sangeet
Natya Academy Award’ for his play ‘Suryavanshi’ and was honored with ‘Maharathi Of
Gujarat Award 2008’. During Sabarmati Festival 2016, he along with his Khichdi Team
had been felicitated by Gujarat CM Anandiben Patel .
o His experience gained as a producer, producing entertainment software, leads him to be a
leader of Television Producers Association and he is serving as the Co-Chairman of IFTPC
(Indian Film And Tv Producers Council) since last 6 years.
o He had been elected as a General Secretary of Student’s Council in Junior and Senior college
in Narsee Monjee College Of Commerce and Economics which has proved of his unique
ability of being successful leader.
o Also he was the only one in the history of Narsee Monjee College Of Commerce and

college.

JD, the founder of HATS OFF PRODUCTIONS LTD, is a well-established producer and a brilliant actor. His acting career, spanning over 20 years, has seen him play an amazing

has also earned a name as a reputed producer of plays, TV serials and now feature films. What

no stranger to the media world as his stint as a Marketing Executive with Mudra
Communications, where he handled sponsored programmes for Mudra Videotech. This
grounding only helped him gain a holistic view of the media industry.
As a talented creative producer in the television industry, his in-depth involvement and
understanding of stories, concepts, characterizations and other creative aspects of television
production makes him stand out in a class apart from the normal breed of producers today.

JD has worked continuously for the growth and enhancement of HATS OFF
PRODUCTIONS LTD and desires to continue to produce a multitude of TV serials for various
channels. It was no surprise then to the industry when Hats Off Productions Ltd won the 14 th
Lions Gold Awards 2007 for Lions Favorite Television Production House category.
There is no looking back by this powerhouse of talent as he groomed his company into
television production and also working hard of making it big in Bollywood as well. Thus he,
being an icon of Gujarat in Tellywood as well as Bollywood industry, he portrays and enlighten
Gujarat, its people, its culture, values & customs by producing entertainment software with the

Roshan’ which were on aired on ZEE TV every Monday to Thursday. The popular comedy
serial ‘Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai’, ‘Khichdi’, ‘Instant Khichdi’ and a family drama ‘Resham
Dankh’, ‘Bhure Bhi Hum Bhale bhi Hum’ for Star Plus, ‘Remote Control’ a comic middle
class family drama for 9X, weekly serial ‘Ek Packet Umeed’ for NDTV Imagine which had a
social message and won the Telly Award 2008 in the best weekly program category. Also had

‘Mahi Sagar’ & ‘Naya Mahisagar ‘ a daily drama aired on Big Magic and also produced
Marathi show ‘Madhuri Middle Class’ which aired every Wed-Thur 9.30pm on Star Pravah,
‘Badi Doorse Aaye Hain’ a 1 st ever alien comedy and ‘Khidki’ based on reality funny incidents
of viewers for SAB, followed by a weekend family series ‘Bakula Bua Ka Bhoot’ aired on &
TV.

Also have made the show “Kudkudiya House No. 43” (previously Batliwalla House No 43)
for Sony TV which was an adaption of very popular British Television show ‘The Kumars at
No. 42’. Have also made 49 episodes “Main Office Tere Aangan Ki” for Sahara Manoranjan
(Sahara Tv) which was a no.1 weekly show of the channel.

With over 15 years of experience, Sandeep is an entrepreneurial and creative leader with a proven track record of delivering strategic and commercial goals in the fast paced, constantly evolving Music, Media & Entertainment industry. As Chief Financial Officer – India & Chief Operating Officer – Broadcasting Division of B4U India, Sandeep is responsible for all Strategic initiatives and P&L delivery of the region by scaling the organization to newer heights. He has played an important role in taking the B4U channels to a revered position amongst their respective genres. B4U music stands at No. 2 position for a consistent period of almost 2 years in the HSM market and enjoys unflinching loyalty & B4U movies as an FTA Channel reaches about 130 million people in the base TG which is amongst the top 5 FTA Movie Channels. He has been an achiever in transforming & emerging new business areas for B4U. He has many more sparkling dreams for B4U in his eyes with unceasing passion to turn them into reality. RABINDRA NARAYAN

A Pioneer in the field of Punjabi television, Narayan was the leader of the team that launched first-ever Punjabi satellite channel – Punjabi World. He has played an important role in putting Gurbani on the World’s television map as the team led by him started beaming Gurbani Kirtan from Sri Darbar Sahib, Amritsar, in 1998. He has been honoured with the Delhi State Punjabi Media Award by Delhi Government in 2003. He has also contributed his might to the cause of Punjabi theatre where he has worked as an actor, director, designer since 1983 with Dr. C.D. Sidhu, Gyan Shivpuri and others. He was also the General Secretary with Collegiate Drama Society which has staged over 2000 shows during the past three decades. His biggest achievement in theatre was the creation of the first-ever Punjabi sound-n-light multi-media stage show, Aazaadi Dey Taraaney, to commemorate the Golden Jublie of Indian Independence. Narayan has also been a respected journalist. He was the Editor with The Weekly SUN in the Nineties and before that he was Culture Editor with Sunday Mail. He was also a respected music and film critic during his stint as a journalist and wrote columns in various publications. He also pioneered the concept of Homecast in the Nineties where his specially-designed video magazine, THE HMV SHOW, used to premiere over 800 cable networks simultaneously. The first organised cable telecast of a made-for-cable entertainment show. He also directed several documentaries including the BLOOMS OF THE LOTUS for Doordarshan. Essentially a team man, Narayan continues to serve the cause of Punjab, Punjabi and Punjabiyat through Punjabi Channels. Narayan is the Managing Director & President of G Next Media Pvt. Ltd which runs PTC NETWORK of channel worldwide and is well known as World’s Number One Punjabi television network.
