An alumnus of NMIMS, Mumbai has a rich career of over 25 years spanning diverse organisations like Asian Paints, BP (Castrol) and JSW Steel before joining Polycab. Nilesh has significant leadership experience in sales & marketing function with expertise in distribution, brand building and channel management.

Nilesh has been responsible for setting up the Marketing division at Polycab. He has played a pivotal role in Innovation and Breakthrough Communication leading to improving Brand Awareness and strengthening Brand Equity. He is also responsible for managing the E-commerce and Modern trade Business at Polycab. Under his leadership Polycab has won various awards in the field of Marketing. Nilesh has taken a number of strategic initiatives which are preparing the brand Polycab for its next big leap.
