Kailash is a double post-graduate in accounting from the London School of Economics (LSE).
At the age of 23 Kailash became an Govt. of India officer having experience of working with the erstwhile
Planning Commission of India in the rank of a deputy secretary to Government of India.
He has also been featured by The Economic Times as one of the young guns working in the Erstwhile Planning
Commission ofIndia
Kailash currently is the Managing director of Sri Adhikari Brother’s Public Policy Platform “Governance Now”
and also is the business head of Group’s Broadcasting & Content Division.
Recently Governance Now celebrated its 12th anniversary enjoying credible reputation amongst its readers.
Kailash’s pioneering initiatives such as “Governance Now PSU IT Casebook” which was unveiled by Hon’ble
Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi Ji and “Visionary Talk” Series has gained a lot of respect and
appreciation
Kailash has won several accolades during his academic life in literary arts. A voracious poetand writer he has
written several pieces of literature. Kailash has also spoken at various seminars on topics such as Media
Entrepreneurship at a Young age, Business etc.
