He brings extensive industry experience in Sales, Marketing, and Brand Management and was a lead member of the Consumer Goods practice at Accenture Europe and APAC for 11 years.

Mr. Sandeep Gupta is the Chief Operating Officer – Broadcasting Business at Shemaroo Entertainment Limited. With his rich experience, Sandeep has built a broad-based career as a veteran in media and entertainment and the finance field. He is an industry stalwart who has not only launched many broadcast businesses but has also been the driving force behind their success.

Over the past 4 years, Sandeep has played a pivotal role in Shemaroo’s entry into the television segment. He led the organization in its quest to reach greater heights with the launch of three Hindi channels- Shemaroo TV, Shemaroo Umang and Chumbak TV, along with the Marathi channel Shemaroo MarathiBana.

Inherently an out-of-the-box thinker, Sandeep has helped revisit Shemaroo’s strategy in line with evolving business needs and challenges, as well as ensured financial controllership and governance. By extrapolating the trends of social media onto the workings of the box, he ingeniously incorporated the modern wave of design and flow into our daily screen time. He started his career in the accounting and auditing sector where he was the Audit Manager at K.M. Gupta & Co. Post that he founded the Chartered Accountancy firm Sandeep Purvy and Associates.

Sandeep has completed his FCA Finance from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Furthermore, he is also CISA certified from ISACA, USA.

Zaman Habib (born as Md Badiuzzaman), also known as Zaman Habib, is a Mumbai-based Indian television writer. He has written serials such as Sapna Babul Ka…Bidaai, Sasural Genda Phool, Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, Saas Bina Sasural, Nimki Mukhiya, Nimki Vidhayak and Ishaaron Ishaaron Mein. He is the script consultant of Anupamaa.

He was involved in theater in his college days and wrote, acted and directed several plays. His .He has also translated plays by Anton Chekhov and other writers. He is a well known young poet of Urdu Literature and his poetry appears in leading Urdu literary magazines.
Soon he became a radio artist and wrote and acted in many radio plays and serials.

He has written more than 5,000 episodes of Hindi and Bengali serials.

Zama Habib has also served as Joint Secretary and later as Honoraryy General Secretary of Screenwriters Association (SWA)
In 2016, Zama Habib opened his own production house called Qissago Telefilms LLP with his wife and partner, Ishrat Ara and produced shows, Nimki Mukhiya, Nimki Vidhayak, Ishaaron Ishaaron Mein and Zindagi Mere Ghar Aana.
